Do you think you have shin splints?? If you have pain along the inner aspect of your shins, do these 2 tests: 1️⃣ Feel along the inside of your shin. If you’re tender along the bone, how spread out is the tenderness? If it’s locally tender (under 5cm) you might actually have a stress fracture.
