‘L'huomo’ is a one-act opera created in Bayreuth in 1754 at the instigation of Margravine Wilhelmine of Bayreuth for the visit of her brother Frederick II. A great ambassador for the culture and influence of her city, the margravine wrote the libretto for this opera, with music by Andrea Bernasconi.
