Kumquat — 1 kg Sugar — 800 g Orange juice — 200 g Juice of half a lemon Wash the fruits of the kumquat. Cut on one side. Blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain the water. Add sugar and freshly squeezed orange juice. Put on the fire, bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, removing the foam several times. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add lemon juice. Then pour the hot jam into the jars, roll it up and turn the lid down. Leave in this position until it cools down completely
